Welcome to Pretium Capital. These Terms & Conditions apply to this website, to inquiries you send us, and to the text message program of Pretium Capital LLC ("Pretium Capital", "we", "us"). By using the website, submitting a form or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Pretium Capital LLC is a commercial real estate company serving property owners throughout South Florida, including Miami-Dade County and surrounding markets. Pretium Capital may acquire commercial property for its own account.

Real estate brokerage services, including listing, sales, leasing and investment property representation, are provided through Fausto Commercial. Our services may also include property valuations and real estate consulting.

2. Text message program

• How to opt in: check an SMS consent box on our website form, or ask us to text you by phone, email or text.
• Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, then no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected] or (786) 229-2419.
• Not a condition: consent to receive text messages is not required to buy, sell or lease property, or to receive any of our services.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems
• Copy, reproduce or distribute website materials without permission
• Use the website in a way that disrupts its operation or compromises its security

Any brokerage relationship is governed by Florida law and the agreements and disclosures it requires.

6. Valuations and investment information

Valuations, comparable sales analyses, investment projections, market assessments and financial estimates are for information only and, unless stated otherwise, are not formal appraisals. We do not guarantee future property values, investment returns, rental income, development approvals, financing or transaction outcomes. 7. Communications

When you submit a form or ask for information, you authorize us to use what you provide to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it. We send marketing text messages or automated calls only with the consent the law requires. Consent to marketing is not a condition of any purchase, sale or service.
