- Your choices about receiving text messages and emails
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our hosting provider may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. The website may use cookies needed for it to work.
Information from other sources
We may obtain property ownership information and business contact details from public records and commercial real estate data providers. We use this information to contact property owners about selling, buying or leasing commercial property.

Text messages (SMS)

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is service providers that help us send and deliver messages, such as our messaging platform, which may use this information only to provide that service to us.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who work on our behalf, such as our CRM, email and messaging platforms and website host, under obligations to keep it confidential
- With Fausto Commercial, our brokerage partner, when you ask for help selling or leasing a property

- When required by law, court order or to protect our rights
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business
Sharing with these parties never includes your text messaging opt-in data or consent, as described above.
Emails
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you marketing emails, usually within a few days and no later than 10 business days.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping records of opt-outs so we can honor them, and as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
